Great little spot
Perfect small hotel in city center, fast checkin, staff were very nice. Noise level as very reasonable. Blackout shades were the best!

Hotel itself was very nice & clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. My only downfall was that there was no information given on where exactly the parking garage was. Had to drive around the block a few times until I found after calling the hotel which they were very nice and helpful. Additionally, I had forgotten something in my car after it was taken into valet. I asked the man very nicely if I could grab it & he said he would bring my item down. He ended up bringing my entire car down & then my car sat in the entrance/exit of the parking garage for a good 4 hours which I was not super comfortable with. Hotel itself was great, but prepare yourself for less than optimal parking conditions.

What I didn’t like was I paid for a queen size bed but instead I was given a twin size bed. When I said something to staff they told me the hotel considered that a queen and there was nothing they were going to do about it

Family Christmas trip tradition
This is the 4th time I've stayed here and love it. The rooms are clean, it's quiet, the staff is great, the coffee shop and the restaurant are amazing and it's in a great location. I always park across the street and walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Philly.
