Very noisy rooms and lots of light that comes in from hallway. No fan in bathrooms and very outdated and worn rooms. The best thing about my stay was how friendly and helpful staff were.

It was good. However there were noisy people in the hallway who woke me up! But that’s not your fault!! Maybe somehow mentioning to people to be respectful late at night. We always stay at the Sonesta when we are in Philly. I love the location and the cleanliness. Our room is always very comfortable. And the linens are very nice.

The staff at the Sonesta was quite nice and we were thrilled to get an unexpected room upgrade. Thank you for making our stay a little nicer! The hotel is well located and makes getting to shopping, museums, concerts, and dining easy.

wish it was better
I was disappointed to be facing not just an office building, but the particular floor of the office bldg with flood lights on all day and night. I was looking forward to seeing the city lights. the windows are so filthy that it was depressing. so even being on the 23rd floor wasnt nice. The people at the front desk are tense and officious. not welcoming and warm.

Went there for just an overnight visit and ideal for my purpose. Staff was very quick, efficient and courteous especially considering the volume of guests. My only complaint and it’s no fault of their own, at some ungodly hour cars on the street were either racing or doing doughnuts. The screeching and the roar of engines went on a whole lot longer than you would expect. Not their fault obviously.

Overall a nice place. But the guy at the bar was busy on his phone, the conditioner dispenser was empty, and the housekeeper peeked into our room before we could answer her knock.
