We had an excellent stay at this property. The room was comfortable and the setup of the room was great for our needs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the complementary drinks at the restaurant in front of the hotel and the food at that restaurant was really delicious…especially the desserts! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I checked in with 5 days reserved, however my first night was reserved directly through hotel, and not Expedia. We paid for a better room for the 4 nights but made a small error with the first night. Even though the hotel was empty due to the time of year, the front desk agent would not put us in the room we would be staying in for the other 4 nights. The price difference was only $15.00 which I would have gladly paid since I was already paying $1200. for my stay. The lady said the room was not available. The next morning when I called to ask when my new room would be available, I was told it was READY-AT 9:00 AM! That means it was also ready last night at 7:00 pm when I checked in. After checking in the new room, I went to the front desk to mention that the sink in the bathroom was clogged,(as was the sink in the previous room). She was very curt and not interested in my problem. Just said" oh yes, we can look at it. I asked the employee why she seemed to be "short" with me and she said that she didn't feel well. The rooms are very drafty. inadequate tiny heaters to warm a vacuous space. this was my 4th stay at the hotel and my least enjoyable.

Kevin, who was our bell-hop attendant, was amazing!! Very professional yet laid back. Accommodating to our needs and requests. Front desk staffpersons need to speak slower and not so "rushed" because they're trying to sound "effecient" which turned out to sound dismissive when we're trying to check-in and communicate the fees for incidentals and deposit. Also there should be a list provided for guests listing what items are listed as incidentals. We were afraid to touch anything that we didn't bring, ie: dish liquid, dishware, coffee. All that was tagged with a price was the $4 bottled water.

Everything is great. They even allowed me early check in at 2pm when a room was free. Only issue was that the room I had was very cold. HVAC man come up with a space heater which really helped.
