I was given a different room than I had booked, despite requests made related to a disabled guest (my mother.) Majority of people working front desk area were unsmiling, unfriendly, and seemingly unconcerned. I had an issue with a strange man sitting on the floor in our hallway, getting up to follow me towards my room, and then standing right in front of my door after I went inside. Called front desk who said they’d send up security. 15 mins later, still shaking, I called back to follow up and they told me “security didn’t see anyone up there.” Oh well, I feel better and totally safe now. The price we paid for this place was absurd considering the service received. Rooms were fine, clean, but also not worth the $$$. Housekeeping + maintenance staff were lovely —truly the only redeeming quality. We will not be back to the Warwick.

It looks new and "fancy" outside but it's old inside. Our room has a very strong unpleasant odor. We were only there for the night so we just braved it. Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

I was disappointed. The hotel is in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. Room was dated and curtains and bathroom tiles were in need of a better cleaning. Leather desk chair was worn and uninviting. We booked room for three occupants, only towels for two. I informed the front desk, yet nothing was done. Overall, I had high hopes but was disappointed.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful! However the sleeping room is not great. The bathroom is tiny, only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No wash cloth. Toilet paper was hard to find. Make up mirror was hanging off the wall by a thread. Odd living area behind the TV. It was odd.
