The rooms can be more clean. We didn’t even try the food because of the bad reviews and it looked empty all the time. Other than that it was good, great location, very convenient. Staff is very friendly, they were very very nice.

The room was very comfortable. I liked that it was walking distance to many attractions and dining options. We were able to walk to independence hall and didn't need to find parking which looked like a hassle. The parking garage seems expensive but compared to other parking options it is good. The parking garage seemed fairly secure.

The staff at the front desk went the extra mile every single day, from helping me print out my older daughter's speech for her sister's wedding to helping us take possession and return the wheelchair we rented for their grandma. Everything was done with a smile and the utmost in generosity! First-class!! Thank you Wyndham staff!

The property in general was fine… The pool was great! Bigger issues is that the lobby and restaurants smelled very very strongly of some sort of deodorizing spray… Smelled very chemical and gave us a headache. Also, upon arrival our room smelled like weed… However, with all of this, the staff was wonderful… Offered to switch our room, which we declined… But they did freshen it up. And everyone at the front desk during check-in and check out was wonderful!

Parking garage was a bonus. Lines were long for checkin. Minimal staff. Outlet by the bed didn’t work so my phone never charged. Shower was subpar and made a wet mess of the entire bathroom.

I booked this hotel for the roof deck pool and it was closed. I'd like a partial refund for this, I will be contacting about it. Also, the food in the hotel restaurant was awful and made me sick.
