Home away from home
The staff was amazingly friendly. The vibe of the place felt like home. The view up on the top floor with the infinity pool was very relaxing although I never got in. The breakfast every morning was also a nice treat and the staff serving was awesome. I would definitely come back

The hotel is very new and modern. There was a washer dryer unit inside the room which was greatly apprecited. Beautiful rooftop infinity pool and well equipped gym.

The property is new but don't expect so much for breakfast as there's very limited options for food. I prefer to go eating outside. Room is new and fitness is top notched; The streets in front of the hotel is not in very good condition but quite far from malls or walking street.

Not recommended for holiday or vacation...
The hotel itself is good but the location of the hotel is very bad. It's not the distance from the city but the surrounding around the hotel area... it's too shady. With stray dogs around and no street lights, it is impossible to walk at night... plus there is no restaurant at the hotel and the nearest one is 5-10 min walk and in a push 4 star hotel so the rates for basic food is also too expensive. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are on a business trip and working within proximity. For holiday and vacations, not at all recommended...

Serviced Apt Hotel with attractive offer
Stay twice a month for biz trip since September and every time I found something differ from Washing machine not work ,sound noisy to flood ,this time once check in I found former guest leave their KFC leave over in the cupboard where trash bin located and the house keeping did not took it out. Seem they have to be more trained and detailing when do their work . Second day in the morning I found a crawing a in the bathroom. Mirror in bathroom should be replace as it defect. Breakfast should be improve almost the same everyday. As it a new service apt type hotel with washing machine and locate in silent area at night and the bed and pillow still new plus promo price in Hotels.com it is attractive to stay.

The room was beautiful. The views were amazing. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was that our shower drain wasn't draining so there would be a pool of water collecting when we used the shower.

New modern service apartment
Room was clean with comfortable bed. Kitchenette and washer in suite was very useful to have. Great panoramic views at Rooftop pool and lounge area (where breakfast is). Reliable wifi connection and many choices of TV channels.

New modern place near heart of Phnom Penh
We enjoyed our stay at Somerset Norodom, Phnom Penh. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooftop pool was very beautiful with great views of the city. Breakfast is good with selection of cold and hot dishes and located at the rooftop area lounge area. Washer in room very handy to have and bed was very comfortable.
