The room could use a good cleaning, baseboards were dusty (hair), the small shelf inside the shower has mold on the grout lines. Remove the big rug under the bed, it’s dirty. The towel hooks are loose. The toilet lever kept popping off inside the tank and we had to remove the tank cover several times to adjust it so it would flush. The refrigerator was noisy. The room needs a little TLC. The hotel has a cool retro vibe. We’ll be back!!

Rooms are in poor shape. Feels like a typical motel and not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Do not believe the AI generated pictures. Everything is very dated - stained rugs, stained curtains. Shower heads look like they were never cleaned. I love Phoenix but wouldnt stay in this hotel again.

Terrible front desk staff. Rooms not clean, paid extra for a poolside balcony and was given a balcony overlooking bathrooms. Desk staff seemed clueless with zero hospitality experience or base expectations for a hotel guest. Rooms loud all day. Could never relax. Miserable four days. As a regular traveler to Phoenix, you can do better for far less and be treated with dignity as well. I will say the staff at both bars were excellent. I’d say, Go to the bars, pay to use pool, but stay elsewhere.

Not worth the price. Came on weekday. So the bar was only open for 2 hrs. And the room i was at to much traffic couldn't enjoy the fire pit cus ppl keep walk pass and would ask questions.
