GCU Family Weekend

We were in town for GCU Family Weekend and this rental provided us with the ability to host our daughter's friends and their families for a BBQ. Gorgeous home!

We were in town for a funeral. Dina was wonderful; so quick to respond to all of our questions regarding the house and the area. Wonderful! So clean and perfect for a family!

This was the pefect property for our family of five! We received an email with everything we needed to know about the property well before our arrival date. The information was easy to understand and very informative. The check in process was super easy - we could do it at our convenience. One of the owners stopped by the second day (at our convenience) to show us some main features of the house. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Communicating thru the app was simple, and they were VERY responsive, which we appreciated! The property is in a nice, quiet location. There wasn't a time where we felt unsafe, and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. As someone who is really picky about cleaning, I must say that this house was immaculate! Everything was in such good shape, clean, and labeled. It was easy to find what you needed, and they truly thought of EVERYTHING! In addition, the house is decorated and styled very nicely! We had kids ranging from 6-17, and there was something to do for everyone. Lots of different games, puzzles, the putting green, table tennis, and more...but the pool was the best part! We spent time every day in the pool. It was very nice, and they even had a few floaties and a couple of lifejackets for our smaller kids. The only thing I would say about the pool was that it drops off pretty quickly to the deeper end, but the kids learned quickly where they could and could not touch. Overall, it was a perfect stay! We will be back! :)

Better than a resort

Wonderful property! Had everything we needed even plenty of pillows which is rare! We loved every minute. My adult kids loved all the different spaces, allowing them privacy. It also had great large group spaces. Pool was amazing!

March Baseball 2024

This was an excellent house and property. We had 19 kids and coaches from Oregon baseball team stay at this property in March. It had plenty of room and equipment, the hosts were easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big or small group of people who want a very relaxing and fun time. It is very central to a lot of things making it easy to get around town, along with a safe neighborhood.

Perfect home for a family trip

The home was perfect for our family vacation. Pool & jacuzzi were occupied of the trip! The kids had a blast in the man cave.Furnishings were modern & comfortable. I usually don’t sleep well in VRBO’s & we all slept DEEPLY in cushy beds with soft linens. There was also Adequate parking for the 4 families that joined us on the trip. Recommend highly!

Perfect!

So sad to leave this vacation property! It was perfect for 9 of us—and could have slept many more with the huge couches (all 9 of us watched tv on the family room one!) and extra blow up beds available. Pool and yard were great—lots of yard games. Owners gave hike and food recommendations and checked to see if we needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our gymnastics team stayed at this house for an event in downtown Phoenix. We couldn't have asked for a better property for our stay. The location is perfect with easy access to freeways! The house is exactly as described. It is spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for people to gather and/or have privacy if needed. The kitchen is well-stocked and incredibly organized. The beds are very comfortable, and the air mattresses provide a lot of flexibility. Dina and Mark are attentive and welcoming hosts. Many of us had never been to the area, and this house felt like home!

The perfect property

This was the perfect property for what we needed. Plenty of beds, towels, sheets and overall space. The backyard was amazing for relaxing and having fun with the family. The hosts were in contact enough to make sure we had everything we needed, responded quickly to any questions we had, but weren’t reaching out so often it felt like they were hovering or distracting in any way. We would definitely rent from them again!

Awesome family house!

The location was very convenient to all places in central/northern Phoenix/Scottsdale. We stayed with 12 of us and had plenty of beds and the floor plan worked well for meals and gathering. The yard and pool had plenty of activities to keep us busy all day long. The hosts were extremely hospitable and communicative during our stay. We would definitely return!

Perfect place for making memories

Mark and Dina were perfect hosts. The property was amazing. Everything you needed was there. The house was immaculate. I could not believe this was a VRBO with how updated and clean the house and yard were. (Including the grill). Mark gave us all kinds of ideas for some great hiking and things to do. Dina checked in on us to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The house and these two were wonderful. Thank you for the perfect family vacation.
