Managment Made up Lies and i dod nothing wrong
i was told i ruined a previos room and was refused service and didnt fulfill my reservation. i was told i was notified of this and never was. managment had multiple stories that didnt add up and blatantly lied to me. i had an emoloyee tell the front desk what transpired and he told them i complyed in every way and did no wrong. i Have a 3 month puppy tea cup yorkie. Management went as far as to say that my dogg ruined the room. by staining 2 towels and made up my dog ruining the already faded torn carpet. i was charged 90 for pet fees and 150 for incidentals. all for towels. i was treated like a criminal and was given no help nor even helped me pack. i use a walker from spinal injury. il

It’s basic
I booked this hotel for my ten year old daughter’s birthday trip she wanted in Phoenix. I called ahead of time and was told the pool was heated, I booked specifically for that reason. When we got to the hotel we found out it was not, but at least that night the pool was still warmish so they got to swim for a bit. We went upstairs planning to watch a movie for a bit only to find the tv was not connected to internet and despite trying all thing, two calls down to the lobby and the front desk person coming upstairs to repeat all the things I had tried our tv never did work for the entire stay. Breakfast was basic but good and the hotel was clean and service was good. Very disappointing however for her birthday stay.

Location was very important as was price. This property went above and beyond our expectations. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was free and delicious. Even though it is near a freeway rooms were quiet. Would recommend this hotel and will come back in the future.
