Excellent Scottsdale VRBO Experience!
In 20 years of utilizing short term rentals, from two days to four months, this property is among the best. The property management has excellent communication and follow through. The property has everything you could want for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this property!

Great family spot
Great time at this home… only complaint is the mattress in the primary bedroom. Ow. To counter that, the pool and hot tub fit our needs and the house contact personwas superb! Thank you!

Lovely Home & Great Amenities
This home was VERY comfortable. We each had a private room, the pool was heated and the hot tub was FANTASTIC!! Extremely clean and well maintained. The layout of this home was great and it was located close to Westworld of Scottsdale, shopping, Starbucks, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable house in Scottsdale.
The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard, swimming pool, and hot tub lacked proper maintenance. Other than a few quirks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the property manager was excellent!

Good location but needs maintenance
Location is very good, about 5 minutes from Pima Highway and retail stores. Property is looking dated. Pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. Nothing major but looking tired. Outside needs a lot of maintenance, again everything did work.

I'm new VRBO or any of these sites but the place was very clean, roomy, and the owner was attentive. He answered all my calls and had things set for my and my friends upon arrival. Not much more to ask than that

Very clean and stocked accommodation in a great quiet location
Sergei was absolutely amazing, staying in communication with me throughout our stay. His responsiveness made our staying even more accommodating. The house was just the right size for my family of four, making our little getaway relaxing and enjoyable.

This property is definitely dated. It was clean, but the hot tub was dirty and back yard really needs cleaned up. Light bulbs were missing throughout the house and the house is fairly dark. The beds were comfortable.

Nice place for Thanksgiving Getaway
Our family of 5 with our dog had a good time in the spacious house enjoying the pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean and the property manager Sergei was very attentive! The only downside was the kitchen, there wasn’t enough cutlery for even two meals without washing them and pots and pans were rather old. Also, in many drawers and cupboards in the kitchen and living room were old random things probably from the owners left there. It would be nice if they were cleaned out, too! Overall though we really enjoyed our stay and loved the pool and hot tub as well as that we could bring our puppy!

Golf Trip in AZ
The property is in a great location. The check in process was simple. The owner of the property did let us know that there was a few changes to the bed arrangements that didn’t really effect us. Overall the property was perfect for our group 6 outing. The only suggestions I have are to have the trees and brush cut further away from the hot tub and to upgrade the toilet paper from single ply to double ply.

What a beautiful house and the backyard was totally made for entertaining
This was our annual golf trip... 6 40-50 Years lifetime friends. The house was perfect for all 6 of us. The gorgeous back yard with the pool , tiki hut bar and hot tub was awesome. The grill was excellent and we used it everyday!!! The house had 2 large living rooms and we never felt crowded at all and all the amenities were well stocked Definitely would come back here again!!

A tired home in a good location.
The positives: The property management company was easy to work with. The home is conveniently located with groceries, golf, dining, etc. close by. Everything did work - i.e. appliances, TV, internet, etc. The negatives: The house itself needs a make over. The pictures do not provide a realistic representation. Kitchen is not well equipped. The furniture in the breakfast room is old and needs to be replaced. The furnishings outside are weathered, rickety, and need to be replaced. The hot tub is small - and while it worked, the water was grey and uninviting. Overall, it was adequate, but in light of the above would not recommend.

Good location, quiet neighborhood
We had a good stay, the house was adequate for our family and the property manager was very nice. The master bedroom was comfortable but the house's furniture both inside and outside was overall pretty rundown and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was marginally equipped compared to other properties we have rented.

Uncle's Memorial
We needed a place to stay for 5 days in Scottsdale for my uncle's Memorial. We had 5 adults and 2 dogs. This house was a perfect fit for us. The layout of the property gave everyone plenty of room. It is spacious both inside and out and is conveniently located close to 2 supermarkets, Starbucks and a number of restaurants. We were able to have our Scottsdale family over and celebrate my uncle's life in a great setting. There was also an added bonus being next to a walking path which was great for walking the dogs. A far better value than a hotel!

Great Location!
This house is in a very quiet neighborhood but less than a mile from grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard is spacious! Kitchen is well equipped. The owners were very responsive to all questions.

Great house for our friends wedding weekend
Communication was easy and quick. The house and pool was clean. Easy to get into the house and find it. Plenty of space in the 4 bedrooms and shared areas. The kitchen and grill/patio area were nice to use to cook a few large meals for our group. Lots of clean linens! We walked to the Starbucks and Walgreens about 15 minutes away a few times, excellent location and views of the mountain too. Hopefully next time we are in town it will be better pool weather. Thank you!
