The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. Master Bedroom with king bed & large master bath and closet. 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, large closet and washroom just outside the door with privacy wall between the living room. This layout provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. Sony PlayStation in second bedroom and DVR with full cable package on large TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located just out the front door and down the stairs to the largest of Three Swimming Pools. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your huge private shaded deck with a cold drink, endless refills from the ice maker, and the spectacular mountain views. I would describe this unit as comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, 2 bedrooms, living space and a pool just steps away from your unit. We traveled with our daughter’s family almost 5 and 7 year old grandsons. They spent hours in the pool. If you are looking for a clean place to stay - I would highly recommend this unit. Owners were attentive to our needs.

My family and I stayed here for our vacation in phoenix. The property was so clean on the inside and very spacious for all of us. Any essentials we needed were there! My family loved the pool and hot tub as well as the tennis courts. We had such a wonderful time and I would highly recommend!

Overall the condo itself was nice. Location is a bit far from highway and neighborhood is not really nice. I had a few issues upon arrival. Toilet in guest bedroom leaking contacted the host and they were great to answer right away and getting it fixed. Designated parking had a random car parked guest parking was hard to find. A/C in master bedroom not fully working all weekend and the weekend I went was 114 degrees, lowest setting the AC in main room was only able to go down to 69. Changing the code on the door was extremely difficult. Place was clean master bedroom bathtub needs updating.

Great vacation!
We had an amazing time at this vrbo - Matt and Lisa provided very clear communication all the way through, even remotely adjusting our a/c since we were visiting in July! The location was easy to find and the unit was great with all amenities we could need to start out. The fact that the pool was steps away was amazing for our 2 boys! The unit itself was clean and inviting, although a bit dated. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling out to Phoenix to watch MLB like we did!

Great Location
A quick trip to take in the Men's Final Four Semifinals. The location is awesome as everything we needed was within a 10-20min drive. It is an older unit but well taken care of in a nice complex. Would recommend and definitely would rent again in the future.

Perfect rental in the Phoenix area
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was gated with easy directions for getting in and out. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub amenity. You could see the pool from the entrance of the condo! The rooms were both very nice and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were well cleaned and well maintained. The kitchen was perfect for our vacation needs with a full fridge and freezer and plenty of cups/plates/bowls/utensils. The location was great for traveling around Phoenix/Scottsdale. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations provided. The washer/drier was also very handy to have! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Condo
This Condo was a perfect fit for our family. Enjoyed the proximity to many great trails and locations. The heated pool and hot tub just steps away from the front door was so convenient. The kids had a blast with the pickle ball court and basketball courts just a short walk on property. Everything was exactly set up as expected.

Perfect spot for our long weekend visit! The condo was very nice, we loved the balcony and proximity to the pool. Great location close to hikes, restaurants, and shops. We also liked it was fairly close to GCU. Matt & Lisa were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!
