Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Easy and quick airport shuttle. Evening front desk attendant wrote the incorrect room number on the key sleeve, so after carrying several bags to the incorrect room and back down to the lobby and to obtain new keys, I wasn’t too thrilled.

AC and Bathroom fan were very noisy. At the time of booking it didn’t say there are 2 kinds of breakfast and your rate included the minimum one. The toasts and potatoes were burnt and I was shocked they brought them to the table. I will not go to any Crowne Plaza hotels from now on.

The coffee tray would not stay in the cabinet so you had to be careful moving around the room not to slam your knee into it. There was only one cup in the room with the ice bucket. There was only one bath towel and we didn’t realize this until 6am when we got up. Food quality was less than average.

The hotel lobby is nice. The room was pretty beat up and could use a refresh. The bedding in the room was unwashed. The white comforter was covered with fresh sex stains and pubic hair. We asked for and was given new bedding that we put on ourselves. Not much for an apology, they almost seemed to act like this was normal. I paid a little extra to stay in a nicer hotel and was quite disappointed. The breakfast was very limited but not bad. I recommend you skip this hotel. Very disappointing.
