Check in was a breeze. Perfect stay for a girls weekend. The breakfast was fresh and omelet bar was really good. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, too. The pool was clean, refreshing and well maintained. The location was perfect for anywhere in Scottsdale.

Very old property and needs a ton of upgrades. Our room wreaked of smoke and the air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor, continually dripping from the ceiling. We had to use bath towels all over the floor to soak up the water leaking. It was a mess. With all of the hotel options in Scottsdale, we’d never stay here again.

Renovation of the rooms was not necessary.

Our stay as usual was very nice. However, I really wish they had not done all those renovations of the rooms. When they took out the extra sink in the bedroom and replaced it with a hard to open closet door, that was a very big mistake. People have families that needed that extra sink. Their excuse for this was to make the room more spacious. People just sleep in their room, that do not need more space, Taking out the bar was and replacing it with a very small table was another mistake. Not happy with the rearrangement.

I like the restaurant options and drink amenities, they're are great. 24/7 pool access and the room sizes are nice. I don't like that the engineering team doesnt come in until 6am. I needed them when my kids locked me out the room and i couldnt get in because they were dead asleep. The spa in the pool stopped working as well and no one looked at it, even though i was told that security will give it a look to see if they could fix it.

Great stay

Rooms are a little bit outdated , but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the fact that they have two pools one of them being 24 hours was cherry on top. We also use their fitness room and it’s great.

I have been to this property before, they did some upgrades to the pool area. They could probably upgrade the rooms and the elevators and the pool in the back of the property and could open the pool bars! Other than that, we had a great time!
