Bath tub didn’t drain. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The keys to room suddenly stopped working, so had to have them rekeyed. The washing machine and dryers wouldn’t connect to credit card so it looked like it took payment but machines wouldn’t start. On the positive side, the rooms are a good size.

Room was clean but showed age, we were in the main complex. Pools good, breakfast iswas as expected. No issues. Couldnt use the living room tv for fire stick, only worked in bedroom. Technology could use updating.

Overall im usually always happy with embassy suites. I always call ahead of time to also ask some specific questions. Some important things for me is knowing if the pool is open or down for any reason, if there is any construction in or around the facility, if everything is working, and some other financial questions. With that, i called ahead to ask these questions and was told everything was working, open and no construction. When i arrived the elevator closest to my room was not working, and we had a bunch of luggage with us from traveling. Thankfully it was only one level up. Other than this issue everything else was good. The included breakfast is always nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room could have been cleaner such as the carpets needed vacuuming and cleaning and toilet didn’t look like it had been throughly cleaned. Some of the pool towels were stained, we didn’t use those and they need to just throw them away and get new ones… Oh, and the neighbors were LOUD! A lot of bumping around. There also was some wear and tear, kinda expected better by it being a Hilton/ Embassy Suites Brand. BUT the bed was comfortable, the property was clean, the breakfast was delicious and always hot and fresh, and the staff was really nice, ESPECIALLY the shuttle driver Mr. Kevin! We would definitely stay again.
