This Lovely 2Bed 2 Bath home is located in the West Valley. You have access to a huge variety of eateries and many activities. ASU West Campus, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. About 10 minutes to P83 and Spring Training, Upscale Arrowhead Mall, 15minutes away, Westgate Entertainment District, Tang
er Outlets, Top Golf, State Farm Sadium, Desert Diamond Casino, The Phoenix Zoo and Aquarium. Come see the Sun's Play in Downtown Phoenix. ParkWest is another upscale outdoor shopping mall that offers many shopping and eating options such as Victoria's Secret, See's Candies, Chico's, The Cabin Reasturant, The Vig, Wildflower, The Sicilian Butcher and Hash Kitchen to name a few. All within a 15 min drive. If you want to relax and stay in, the kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything needed to cook a meal except the food. There is also a charcoal grill available for your use. If you want to visit Scottsdale, it's about a 35 min drive, Both bedrooms have smart TV's and there is a 70 inch smart TV in the living room.
