This unfortunately was just not the hotel that was advertised online. Everything in the room was dirty and the room smelled so strongly of marijuana that we left.

Wouldn't ask for tell they never brought them Vivian that worked at front desk was very rude like if I was bothering her and I was taking all her time during check-in she needs better training because us customers pay her check she needs to leave the attitude at the door when she goes to work

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Not only did I encounter bed bugs and ticks in the room, but the floors were filthy, and I had to clean them myself. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns. This experience was far below my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. DO NOT STAY HERE! You have been warned!

Unbelievable in a bad way
Bed bugs, ticks, fees, impatient staff, I can continue but I wont waste my time. No empathy or compassion. No pride in their positions. The room was dirty.

Room & Amenities: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The room came with all the expected amenities—free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and coffee/tea-making facilities. However, I noticed that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, which could be a bother for light sleepers. Also, while the Wi-Fi was free, the speed was inconsistent during my stay, making it challenging to stream or work. ### Service: The service was impeccable from the moment I checked in. The staff at the front desk were warm, friendly, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. They were more than happy to offer restaurant recommendations and tips for getting around the area. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh and tidy each day, and room service was prompt and courteous. One small downside was a delayed response when I requested extra towels. It took longer than expected, but the staff were apologetic and attentive once the issue was resolved.

So as soon as i checked in and they gave us our room , i went to the room and noticed that every single door at the hotel had been and tried to be broken in to , my self and the family didny feel comfortable after noticing that and certain in the area so we immediately went to the front desk and cancelled /checked out
