Hotel was artsy but a bit difficult to find. Basic services were lacking with housekeeping. Had to go to a market to purchase tea for coffee machine, soap, and lotion. Towels were replenished on some days and not on others. Very disappointing. On top of that a daily fee was added that I was not aware of.

My intial room at check-in did not have the bed made and I called the front desk to ask if the bedding was clean, the receptionist gave me a different room altogether and I didnt have to wait for housekeeping to come by. I didnt mind making the bed I just wanted to make sure it was clean but she went the extra step for me which I appreciated!

Favorite hotel for getaway in PHX

My wife and I have stayed here twice and it’s our favorite place to stay in Phoenix. It’s modern and feels like a grownup, chic hotel at a relatively affordable rate.

Nice property with well appointed rooms. Poor sound insulation as walls are thin and floors concrete don’t can be challenging to get a good nights sleep if neighboring rooms are occupied or there is a group staying above (which we experienced). Staff are either great or unhelpful…it was a real mix. VIP benefits not honored.

Beautiful property. It’s close to everything! So many food options around. Cool artwork everywhere around the hotel. I would recommend brining your kids here though. This is a very adult friendly hotel. Good vibes, very sexy hotel, the shower is great too! Perfect hotel for parents getaway. Don’t bring your kids here.

I had such a great time here! The art is amazing. All of the staff was really nice and helpful. The food was really good too. I had chicken Caesar salad...so good! The room was nice, warm and clean. I had a balcony that faced the town and mountains, super beautiful. The balcony furniture was the only thing that didn't really work for me as it had burn holes in it. but other then that my entire experience was amazing.

Local from Phoenix who did a staycation here for my wife's birthday. Check in was fast and easy. The Hotel is clean and very neat. Restaurant on site, shop and art gallery. Walking distance to everything in downtown Phoenix. The only thing I didn't like was how noisy the hotel was. You could hear everything. We stayed in a Deluxe balcony room that had an adjoining door to another room. When the people staying in the other room came back late at night, you could hear every word of their conversation as if they were in the same room. While it is true that those (at least a couple of them) staying next door were inconsiderate and loud. I think that the hotel could do more to buffer the sound between rooms, maybe put a sweep or something under the door, we used a bed runner and it seemed to help. We also didn't get the $25 in food/drink credit Expedia mentioned nor any other Expedia mentioned VIP treatment. Overall, it was a decent stay, we had a good view of the Irish Cultural Center and the staff were nice.
