Family had a good time overall
This house has potential and can be great if the host invests a little more into some basics and addresses the TLC needed to make it feel more like a home away from home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House was clean - no issues with that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great to allow everyone space. Bonus having a TV in each room to make relaxing after a busy day easy. Pool and Spa are nice, backyard is big! Pool table and some games provide family entertainment. What could make it better: 1. More essential items for basic cooking - tongs, cutting board, hot pads, etc. Pans are old and need to be replaced. Kitchen items are low quality and basic at best (probably missing more if you were to try and cook a scratch meal). 2. Chairs for lounging outside. Only one small couch to sit on. Lounge chairs by pool were damaged and unusable. 3. Umbrella for shade - there was a bottom base, but no actual umbrella. 4. Cornhole game boards were missing, lots of bags but no game boards meant it could not be played. Overall we enjoyed the house. We were visiting for Spring Training and spent most of our days away from the home. Convenient to shops, stores and restaurants. Had enough basics to make the stay comfortable. Hopefully the host will invest a little more into the basics of the house, making it a perfect VRBO.
