Very nice property. Well maintained. Breakfast was great, free parking, and nice pool. The only drawback is there are no elevators.

For a hotel like this they had nice soft towels and the beds sheets where soft and nice to sleep in. The pillows compared to other places I stayed at are actually really nice. It was a great experience

First you need to call to get service and to get shower towels you need to chase the cleaning crew and to get toilet paper you need to do the same

This was a good property in a great location. The staff are absolutely amazing! Really really good. The only issues I really had was the toilet flush was broken and the air conditioning grate kept falling off the wall in the living space. Another issue I had was housekeeping doesn’t come every day and when they come they don’t actually clean, just give clean towels and that’s it so that was a bit of a surprise to be honest. Overall it was great and I’d stay there again

Great location. The mall is about 5 minutes away.. Plenty of restaurants in the area and old town right around the corner this is my place every time I come back to Arizona and very spacious for a great price

I was traveling with some family so I got a two bedroom suite which I like better than just getting two separate rooms. The positives of the property is the location. If you want to be very close to old town or the fashion mall restaurants, etc., you can walk to them. Parking was ample at the hotel. I saw reviews about the pool, not being clean. I did not observe this. They have a cleaning robot in the pool for several hours. I also witnessed a guy spend at least a half hour skimming the pool and scrubbing the sides. So they are definitely making an effort to keep it clean. The breakfast is hot and decent for hotel breakfast food. For some of the negatives: The first room we were given had a strong mildew smell. They exchanged it for a better room. Right away. Rooms need refreshed. Stained carpets, window shades that have towels shoved at the top to stop light leaks, towels that were not fully cleaned, toilet seats that are too small for the bowel. The King beds had a padded topper for a queen bed so the left and right edges you were laying directly on the sheet covered mattress. There were no mattress covers. The mattress itself had a few stains on it. You are not getting first class accommodations, but neither are you paying for them. Expect 3 star and your expectations will be in line with what you are getting.

This is a great property, just 2 blocks from old town. I loved the free breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Some cons the pool needs upgrading, it looks like mold in the pool and hot tub. I seen several posts about the lack of cleanliness of the pool, but nothing has been done about it. The carpet in the room needs changing, you can see things that were spilled on it.There are washers and dryers on site its coin operated $2 to wash and dry, you can use an app as well. There is no change machine and you cannot get change from the front desk, make sure you bring or make change. Fashion square mall is less than a 10 min walk or 3 min drive. I had a great stay and i would definitely stay there again.

I found my stay to have exceeded expectations. The suite was bigger and spacier than anticipated. During my stay, the weather was too hot to have walked anywhere, but Old Town was about a 5 mintue walk away, so the location was prime. Only complaint is that the pool can't be open 24 hours!
