My check-in at night was a breeze, the ladies were helpful, polite and very kind. The next morning however trying to extend my stay another night turned out to be horrible. Candace she called herself, her tag read candy, was cold, indifferent, and seemingly judgemental as if i shouldn't be allowed to stay there. As i was trying to book my room via 3rd party for the discounted rate, mysteriously as she clicked away on her computer the discounted rooms disappeared one by one until there were no more rooms available on any 3rd party site which in the 10-15 min i was standing there, find it extremely unlikely that a bunch of guests suddenly booked those rooms on top of later in the evening went back on the site and magically those very rooms were again available. Horrible customer service skills, an even worse attitude, and i most certainly hope that she isn't a manager because to be training employees to act like that is outrageous and bad for business. Her rude and inconsiderate treatment was excessively out of line and i ended up paying full price with extra fees. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
