The property was nice and clean. The bathroom layout was a bit odd with the shower door opening outward instead of sliding. The cost of breakfast seemed high since they were not offering hot foods while we were there. We opted to eat elsewhere.

Very enjoyable stay. Place was clean, rooms felt elegant and located in an easy and quiet section of town. I was on the 8th floor facing the airport and it was fun watching planes land and take off without hearing the noise.

Not a fan. Staff is friendly but the hotel is old. The room was musty smelling, had a very noisy fridge and AC unit. Carpet and furniture very outdated, TV too small. Everything was old. They did have a wireless charger though! One point for them. Unfortunately, with the noises I had a terrible sleep. The shuttle driver was superb though!

We parked before an international flight from sky harbor. Disappointed that they charged a parking fee despite having a room reserved upon our return. Parking would be free if we stayed on the day we departed but did not need a room that day. We wanted a room for our late night return

Very poor standard for a Hilton Garden.
I did not enjoy my stay at all. The room was too big, the telephone was on a desk away from the beds. The TV was the smallest TV I had ever seen in a hotel room and was located opposite one bed only so that anyone on the second bed could hardly see it. As I was ready for bed I tried to find the password for the wifi. I couldn't see it written anywhere and I was unable to get through to the front desk via the room phone or from calling on my cell. Both times the calls dropped. I even texted the hotel. After about 10 minutes I received a text from a Sol who asked did I have everything I needed. I told him I need the wifi passcode with he gave me. The plug in the tub kept closing so when I was having a shower the tub kept filling up.I asked for a 5am wake up call as I had an early flight and the call was never made. Very disappointed and I would never stay there again.it was like a second rate motel and I think I should get some money back.
