It was generally quite good. The evening meal was good. The breakfast buffet was okay but getting a little "cold" by the time we were there. Since the property was quite isolated and we didn't have our rental car yet, we didn't have any choice.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are driving. The area surround this beautiful hotel is very unsafe. Police should patrol and clean up the area

The attraction of the property is its airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. The downside is the airport noise. $16.95 for breakfast plus tax and tip is ridiculous for a mediocre buffet.

The staff was great with any questions or service requests that I had. I guess the only issue was that it was in the industrial part of town, so there weren't any shop or restaurants nearby. I was there for one night and it was good night's rest for my stay.

Ok for our purpose.
Not in a great part of town, but it was functional for our need. Plenty of parking, which was nice. The room could've been cleaner, dirt and dust in the corners. The main surfaces were clean, but the whole room wasn't as clean as it could be.

Transportation was spot on, the pick up location given were simplified and easy to follow. We were picked up less than 10 minutes after calling the hotel. Room was dated and a little smelly. The night staff was short with people, seemed frustrated by her day when we and a few others in line were waiting. Food buffet was just a continental breakfast that most hotels offer for free BUT they did have an omelet station.

The hotel was only a 10 minute ride to the airport. The wifi never worked, but I had my hotspot. The elevators and the hall on the 9th floor was hot.

Staff at the hotel is polite and very helpful .Check in and check out process was very easy . Hotel staff helped me coordinate shuttle pick up and drop off . The shuttle service itself is on time . I have to hilight our amazing shuttle driver -James . We returned our rental car and followed the hotel staffs direction for pick up .. we were told the shuttle would take about 15 minutes to reach us but it arrived in less than 5 minutes , my happiness soon turned into panic when I discovered that I had accidentally dropped my phone at the pick up terminal of the airport and as soon as I alerted James about it - he made no fuss at all and infact hurried all other passengers to take their seats on the shuttle as quickly as possible so I could return to the terminal for a chance to still find my phone . A Good Samaritan had turned my cell phone in to airport security and if it wasn’t for James decision to help me and head back to the terminal , I may have never found it . Thank you James and thank you to the wonderful staff at Hilton Inn Phoenix North . You guys are just super duper

Great staff and clean rooms.
Stayed one night. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location has quite a bit of street noise, sirens twice during my one night and some jet noise from the nearby airport but that can't be helped. Overall, a nice stay and it had good proximity to the venue that I was visiting.

Check in person was very good. Had difficulty finding convenient parking to check in. Had to park in the back and walk around. I was quoted a good deal on parking for a time while we went on our trip but couldn’t get the deal because we booked with hotels.com instead of direct.
