Called this property the day of check in to let them know we’d be checking in late due to airline delays. Arrived at 1am with tired family, took someone several minutes to answer the bell and open the door. Property wasn’t in a great area, deceiving on photos so we weren't comfortable standing and waiting. When we arrived, we were told their system had crashed and that they did not have a room with 2 beds and no roll aways to offer. We are a party of 2 pre teens and 2 adults. They told us we’d have to have people sleep on the floor. We were brought to the room which was not locked and they could not issue keys because their system was down. We were given blankets for the floor. There was a broom sitting out in the room and no wash cloths. We had to sleep 3 to a bed and 1 adult on the floor. Horrible and unacceptable. We were told to downstairs in the morning for a new room and keys. In the morning. I was on the customer service chat with Expedia at 2am, telling them our situation. They called and spoke with the hotel but essentially said it was up to the hotel and nothing they could do, which makes these third party bookings seem ridiculous. I spoke with the manager who apologized and said she’d take some money off the room. We were given a new room with no washcloths but at least it had 2 beds. In the end, the total discount was less than $20. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel is nice and new. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Nice room, awesome bed and had all the amenities needed. Only bad experince after the second day we notice some tiny ants on the bathroom floor and some crickets too. Did not hurt anyone but they werent pleasant. Overall ok
