Property is clean, Modern and have a great pool and hot tub. The area at night doesn’t feel safe, but the Hotel experience is worth it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed it. Felt safe and secure in the rooms and smelled clean.

The area or neighborhood appeared to be sketchy with people who appeared to be homeless hanging around or sleeping nearby in the neighborhood. When I booked my reservation, I understood the hotel to be in Downtown area but it was more on the out skirts. I expected more stores, businesses to be open in the area compared to other cities I have visited. Though the area was sketchy, we were safe and the hotel, staff and services were great.

There is a restaurant playing loud music close by. Our room looked clean but did not smell clean. It definitely smelled like a dirty dog. The refrigerator was also not clean. Duvet was not clean. There is also no cable for the tvs listed in the amenities. I was told some televisions have limited cable service while others had full. I was not given a good explanation of how it was determined who received a room with cable. I was advised to log onto my on streaming service but the tv was not a smart tv which any way to access the streaming apps she mentioned.
