Bathroom door gets stuck when opening/closing. Same for the blackout curtain, it won't roll down. When you open the freezer it smells like someone stored their marijuana inside. There is no Bible in your drawers.

The property was really clean and seemed recently renovated. The staff was friendly, especially the valet. Perfect location for the concert we were attending across the street.

There was a Suns game and the streets were closed off. We came up the back alley and the valet met us there. He informed us that there is a mandatory $45 per day valet charge. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The valet was great and the hotel was very clean and nice but the parking situation is terrible!

The experience in this hotel was great. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because we had to pay valet parking to park our car. Unfortunately, I don’t remember seeing these specifications when I booked the hotel.
