They didn't clean our room during our three night stay. No new towels or extra toilet paper was provided. Someone placed a do not disturb sign on our door on our last day. We were given a handicapped room and insisted I requested it. Beware there is a $75 a night incidental charge. The location is outstanding.

The valet and front desk staff were fantastic. The housekeeping could use some help. The counters had coffee spilled on them not cleaned up from the previous guests. Also when our room was cleaned once we asked on the third day the counters were not wiped down and dirty towels were removed but not replaced so we had to get towels from the front desk.
