The staff were amazing. Someone was always at the front desk. My only concerns were the hallway to the rooms were so hot that it felt like we stepped into an over. The rooms were clean but the carpets in both rooms had stains. They looked looked like animal urine stain that they'd tried to clean.

Good times.

Great room and great location for a baseball game. We walked to the game and had a great time Our only hitch was the valet parking was crushed at check in but it all worked out well

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance for our baseball games, so very convenient. However, guests in the room above us were up partying until well after midnight and the front desk did not take care of it for us. We did not get much sleep and were very disappointed with this outcome.

If all you need is a clean & simple place to stay, this place is for you. Works for a quick trip, don’t expect anything too nice. Front desk person was clearly new & hadn’t had enough training, ran out of TP & hotel didn’t have staff to bring it up. Water pressure low, had to wait for hot water. Great location if you’re attending an event at Footprint Center.
