Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only con is they don’t have their own parking lot so only parking option is vallet which is through an onsite third party company, but on the plus side the guys working with the vallet company were very nice and efficient when we needed our car.

We had an easy check in as we were there for a Suns games which was super convenient. The room was super spacious and clean.

It was amazing, the only hard part was the parking. We wanted to check in when there was a Sun’s game across the street so all the streets were blocked off. We are not from the area so that was hard to navigate but we eventually figured it out.

Great location!

Good location for sport events or concerts. Stayed here 2 times and both times we're great. It is valet parking only so make sure to have extra cash for tips. They do have a link where u can pay for tips.

Difficult Trip

The room itself was nice but the hotel is oddly set up and on the backside of the Footprints Center. Be aware that the only parking available is an additional $45 per night. It is in the information provided by the hotel but should be more prominent. The next closest parking garage is several blocks away in a not great part of downtown. The hotel is walkable to downtown in daylight but again it’s on the backside of the Footprint Center so a little iffy at night. Also check if the Suns are playing the day of your reservation. If they are playing all roads to the hotel will be closed until well after the game is over. You will have to find street parking and walk to the hotel check in and then go back and bring your car to the valet. Again the hotel is nice and the staff was very nice even though I was grumpy. I’m just not sure it’s worth the trouble.

No free parking , cost me 45 dollars to use valet, tried to use the laundry room and front counter had no change and tried to send me to fry’s at midnight for change. Front desk kid went right back to his phone during the conversation.

Great Experience - A. Ward

Our stay was sort of confusing to get to since the Phoenix Suns was playing, so that wasn't great. However, when we did show up the valet was great at helping us to get in and checked in. The room was LARGE and amazing. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and so were the baseboards. The only complaint was that I couldn't drink my coffee in the morning due to bad creamer being left in my room.
