The valet and front desk staff were fantastic. The housekeeping could use some help. The counters had coffee spilled on them not cleaned up from the previous guests. Also when our room was cleaned once we asked on the third day the counters were not wiped down and dirty towels were removed but not replaced so we had to get towels from the front desk.

Room was clean. Kitchenette had dishes and containers to store food in fridge. Location is great - Frys grocery store and convention center are within walking distance. Breakfast was had a good selection. Staff was nice

The staff was excellent Oscar the Valet parking attendant, the ladies in the front office were superb. The room although could of been better especially due to the fact it was a suite the shower floor looked horrible like caulking all over the floor and drain area poorly done, sheets had hair not ours upon inspection. My car which is a bit modified BMW was left outside due to the fact that the Valet didn't want to take the chance of damaging it which was fine and it was watched periodically throughout the night but I don't think I should of been charged the complete valet fee since it wasn't garaged and my vehicle is always garaged. Other than that the stay, location was excellent.
