The clerk refused to give or sell me dishes, silverware, pots & pans to use in the room. The clerk also refused to give me toilet paper. The AC unit smelled of urine and this was my second room. The first room the sheets were dirty. The stove was nasty and unusable. There were black marks ALL over both sheets and the pillows. Looked like foot prints. You had to throw away your own trash, but the trash cans were full, all over the property when I checked in and still full the next day when I checked out. IT WAS AWEFUL. Would have been cleaner to sleep on the streets of Phoenix, Yuck! Shame on you for overcharging customers to stay in a filthy dump. Nothing in the room was wiped clean, (walls, phone, fridge). I took a shower as soon as I got to the next hotel.

Sheets werent changed upon check in. Top sheet was missing. I just took everything off and slept on my own stuff. I did ask for extra bedding to make my own bed and someone at the front told me i had to walk all my stuff there and swap it out. Opted out and just used my own blanket

Filthy, deplorable, disgusting.
I walked into the room and it was so dirty and the shower was broken so I asked to be transferred to a different room. That room was disgusting as well so I choose to leave and try my luck elsewhere. This location should allow people to view the rooms before checking in. You won’t stay here until you have ZERO other options. It might be more sanitary to sleep in the street though

I usually don't fill these out but this was arguably one of the worst hotels/motels I've ever stayed at. The complex felt dirty/unsafe. The first room I was given was clearly not cleaned and looked horrible. The second room I was given was cleaner but still felt less than standard quality for a hotel/motel room. The door also seemed slightly broken. Completely horrible place and don't recommend!

No shower
I checked in at 6pm or so. Then i went to the nearby taco bell and QT to get food and drinks. The next morning I went to take a shower and it was turned off completly. I didnt check it when i got there :(. Otherwise I was comfortable.

The trash outside on the walkway in front of the doors should have been the big clue. The riff raff walking around the property and on the streets, next big clue. They gave me 3 rooms: 1st room had someone in it already. 2nd room had leaking aircon that couldn't cool the room, and it did NOT have a shower knob, sink broken as well. 3rd room had huge holes punched in the bathroom door on both sides. Aircon could not keep up and I laid on TOP of the bed that sank down to the frame, and I got bit by some kind of flea or bug. At that point I told them I can't stay here. I think this place is used by the homeless to stay and it is paid by the govt. SO many people moving in with boxes and no suitcases. One man had a pit bull in his room. If this is your idea of living, good luck! Did not get any money back. Had to relocate to another property.

The ac barley worked.the toilet was clogged.no trash can in the room. They did give me an end unit that has a nice size.the staff and security was always helpful

It was nasty dirty switch 3 rooms did not stay my whole time first was ask if i wanted to buy meth i didnt stay but one night but charge for 3 called hotels.com to get my money back was put on hold for 20 plus minutes with no resolve was told they couldnt get a hold of hotel i will not be using hotels.com nor the hotel

AC was not working in AZ.
This was in Arizona. The AC was not working very well, The TV remote couldnt turn the volume down forcing me to use the TVs manual control stick. No Microwave. There where times of the night that it felt cooler outside than in the room. There is a electric stove in the room if only I had brought my pots and pans 😀😃🙂🙃😊😇
