someone tried entering my room thru the window so theyoved me to a different room which had no towels for shower and no Toilet Paper and I learned those facts after showering and using toilet and to complete the trifecta they have not returned my $100 deposit daysand won't even give me a reason they just say I have to speak to the manager each of the 6 times I've called in past ten

Pass this place by, it’s terrible
we just arrived and needed a place to stay, checked in for two nights, the room in the photo looked pretty good, in fact it turned out to be a complete bedbug infestation, most likely no one cleaned after the previous tenants, everything was broken, there were no light bulbs, the light was only in the common room, the bathroom and toilet were incredibly dirty, it looked like someone had even gotten a haircut there, a terrible stench and dirt, the kitchen was broken so much that it was scary to even look, the refrigerator barely cooled because it didn't close completely, constant showdowns under the door, but as I understand it, this does not depend on the motel management, but just such an area, in general, pass this place by, it's terrible

Expedia and this hotel, you're scammers, and there's no one to help. The hotel fee was charged twice, and no one cares at checkout. It's a cursed place, filthy everywhere. Expedia, you're scammers too. Payment was taken online, and then again at the hotel reception. Damn you, and there's no one to contact either. I'll report you everywhere

Very bad !
Gotta be fair and state the positive first. The staff was friendy and check in was great. Now after that we saw the condition of the property was horrible there was trash everywhere and even the walkway there was trash the whole time and no one picked it up and i really gotta say this was the worst i seen when i stay in a hotel. The rooms was very bad and dirty. The room had trash from the previous guest. I definitely dont recommend it i would never go back. The shower was dirty never cleaned and not usable.

This place was a total catfish! The pictures are either very old or overly photoshopped. The first room we got put in looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. I picked up the sheets and the mattress was absolutely disgusting! There was old food in the fridge, flies everywhere. Just yuck! The second room was somewhat better. The bedding was clean, and it did smell like bleach so we knew it had at least been cleaned. The shower was pretty bad but we dealt with it. The hotel had actual residents living there. The stuff was somewhat decent. If we were able to be refunded we definitely would have left but -stayed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Not even for a last minute stay.

dive. with bad customer service.
we checked in fine , but as soon as we got to the room ther was no wash cloths, no bed blanket. the bathroom door had a hole in it. when i went down stairs to the office the gentleman said they didnt have any blankets . we saw a few empty rooms where the window was open and no one had been in there with blankets on the bed. went back down at 10pm and the rooms were still not occupied. blankets on the beds. he said he could not offer us a blanket at all. the service was not good at all.

The absolute worst of the worst the inside was just as nasty dirty mold everywhere unhealthy, booking process is unlike I've ever seen no zero security when there should be 24hr security just the absolute nastiest place a bad representation for the brand.

The clerk refused to give or sell me dishes, silverware, pots & pans to use in the room. The clerk also refused to give me toilet paper. The AC unit smelled of urine and this was my second room. The first room the sheets were dirty. The stove was nasty and unusable. There were black marks ALL over both sheets and the pillows. Looked like foot prints. You had to throw away your own trash, but the trash cans were full, all over the property when I checked in and still full the next day when I checked out. IT WAS AWEFUL. Would have been cleaner to sleep on the streets of Phoenix, Yuck! Shame on you for overcharging customers to stay in a filthy dump. Nothing in the room was wiped clean, (walls, phone, fridge). I took a shower as soon as I got to the next hotel.
