The Wi Fi was really slow and would cut out. The tile shower floor was filthy and disgusting. The sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs.

The employee who helped me during check-in was amazing and friendly and very helpful, he went above and beyond. I have a small child and he got a room very close and offered to help with my stuff when that is not part of his job.

On 26th December , right after the Xmas day, the breakfast was finished at 9 am. The staff was there but they didn't even care to refill anything, leaving the guests who are coming confused and hungry. Atleast after the Xmas day, have the courtesy to keep good breakfast and refill as per your policy till 10 am. Never ever going to Hyatt again

It would be nice if there is a microwave in the room. There was too noise in the pool and spa at night until 11:00 pm because of lot people there, it would be nice to close the pool and spa at 10 pm so guests can get quiet sleeping

The staff at check in weren’t the friendliest. I had to ask many questions that should have just been information given- like which entrance to use and which area to park that was closest to our room. The lobby was clean- the bathroom in our room was not. Neither were the sheets on the pull out bed. I had to call down multiple times to get towels and an extra blanket. The crib they provide is a busted pack n play that was covered in who knows what. Breakfast was good though.

Room was much bigger than we anticipated! Breakfast was awesome however the time to replinish the food needs improvement. Great location & staff was very friendly!
