The carpeting in the hallways is becoming a tripping hazard as it is very wrinkled and torn in areas (second floor). It is very dirty and needs a good scrub or replacement.

The place is very dirty. Pet urine stains on the floor, broken furniture, air worked sometimes, same thing for breakfast every morning and not good at all. I was not impressed with this Hyatt at all. Would not recommend. I will never stay at a Hyatt again. The staff are nice but can’t make up for the rest.

Stayed here as an airport hotel. Quiet clean and good breakfast. Only letdown was the mattress - room 242. Was very saggy and a few years past due for replacement. Test the mattress before you unpack as I'm sure some rooms are better. $20 taxi fare to airport.

The location, right off Rte. 202, is convenient to getting around the Mesa-Tempe-Scottsdale area. The facility is very nice, and made much more so by the exceptional staff. This was second time here and, Lord willing, if I am fortunate enough to visit again, I will book my stay here.

Excellent service. The rugs in the rooms need to be replaced. They are stained and unattractive and worn. However, that was the only issue. The food, the service and the functionality of the rooms was excellent.

This hotel although having received good reviews from previous guests, needed to be remodeled due to aging and unkept rooms and hallways. Also, the included breakfast was nothing to brag about. Given the high cost of the stay, I would have expected a better environment.
