Don't stay there when ASU has a football game;
The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, don't stay there when ASU is having a game. Traffic was so bad the streets were blocked off and we had great difficulty reaching the hotel, several times. What a nightmare!

If you're going to an ASU event, the convenience of this place can't be beat. It's clean, secure, and good breakfast. Parking is reasonable and easy in and out. The light rail can be pretty noisy, that's the only downside. If it's a problem, you could probably request a room on the other side of the building.

I think they stole my grammas tv from 1997. Only 5 channels to choose from. 2 liberal media outlets and 3 other useless channels . I think they still have furniture from 1997 too. Just a disappointing and sad place to sleep

Amazing Stay, Hotel Staff Amazing, Cleaning Staff Excellent. Love the fact that the elevator was waiting for guest each time we went up to our rooms. Breakfast was delicious my favorite was the different tea options lol I love Tazo tea. Definitely recommend and will stay again!
