The lobby was beautiful, check-in fast and seamless, and my room was very clean with a personal note from the staff that had done the service. I slept well and it was incredibly convenient to the convention center.

Fantastic location for a conference at the conference center. Great gym that was not too busy. Did not try the restaurant at the top of the hotel but the pickup food option in the lab by was very convenient.

Loved that they had valet parking and that we were able to keep our luggage at the property after checking out and the vehicle at valet. Breakfast was not included the price of the hotel should have included that, at least that was what I understood when I booked the rooms. Reserved 3 rooms. This was a group weekend get away

We loved how close the stadiums are for the games. McGregor Square was fun to sit and watch the Oregon Ducks beat Ohio on the Huge Screen with other awesome Duck Fans. The dining at the Ralley was great. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the OG and had an evening at Call Me pearl for some lovely appetizers and cocktails. The staff there were amazing. Quite enjoyable. We walked pretty much everywhere and easy to get transportation if wanting to adventure out further. We ended up at Red Rocks for the Hike. Beautiful. We will be returning and staying at the Ralley for our visits.

Great experience!
We were greeted warmly upon arrival and very happy with our room. The workout work is top notch and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was perfect for our needs and we’ll be back the next time we’re attending an event in downtown Phoenix.

My room was on the 4th floor. I arrived at night, and did not open the curtains. I was awakened and frightened at 6am in the pitch dark by loud bangs and yelling men's voices (in a language I don't speak) that sounded like they were in my room! Once I awoke a little more, I realized they were outside my window. Apparently, some roofing is being done and they were literally working AT my window, not 3 feet from where I had been sleeping. No one at the hotel had the courtesy to mention this during check-in. This room (and the two adjacent) absolutely hould not have been made available. I was awakened by the noise every morning, and it continued until well after lunch. I could not spend any daylight hours in my room with the curtains open. Upon checkout, even though I went to the desk, no one even asked how my stay was. Not a fan at all.

Hotel for the most part was quiet. It was clean the staff was nice and friendly. The walls are thin you could hear someone taking a shower. The restaurants in the hotel were nice, but the service wasn't good. We were given the menu and the guy never came back to take our order.

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is an excellent hotel. The room was great size, very quiet and excellently clean. It had good dining options and was convenient for the entertainment facilities I took advantage of while staying in Phoenix. I recommend the Hyatt Regency Phoenix hotel.
