They put my wife and I in an accessible king size bed room (did not require or request accessible). Because of this the room was smaller and the bathroom was huge but with a small tub which had all the accessible things like a folding seat and handles. Overall everything seemed old used and not clean. Did not want to use the shower. The tub did not drain well and on the 2nd night it got worse so we contacted front desk and they moved us to a much nicer room with a nice bathroom (not accessible). If they put us in the nicer room at first the review would be 5 stars.

The Staff is friendly and very welcoming! Many options to choose from at breakfast every morning! My room was clean and my bed was super comfy! The hotel is a short drive from the Airport. I enjoyed my stay!

The clerk was rude when checking out. She did not allow me to stay in the lobby as I awaited my ride. It was noted from other patrons that they witnessed homeless people sitting in the lobby the day prior without not being told anything. How is that fair for patrons who have paid and simply waiting for a ride?
