The halls where mynunit was.always had dirt and paper sceapsmand the fewndaysnthere i nevermsawnthem vacuum itnup. The staff at breakfast watches t.v. and eats this was.Monday breakfast person. The outside was severly neglected for.cleanliness and maintenance. There is mirenthan just being friendly at any hotel. Disappointed with breakfast and especially cleanliness of place inckuding windows and doors entrance to lobby

Everything was great except for the barking dog across the hall. It barked solid from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. the first night we were there. I actually felt sorry for the dog, as it had obviously been left alone. People should know better than that. I would really like to commend the girl who checked us into the hotel on Saturday evening. She was very friendly and was able to answer the questions I had. I do wish I had written down her name as she is a credit to the organization.

Positives: easy access to freeway; outside of property looks well maintained; ample parking; staff is friendly and helpful; breakfast is good; bed is comfortable with ample supply of pillows; AC works well; closet has adequate hangers and dresser has plenty of storage. Negatives: shower won’t turn off without brute force; bathtub extremely slick with no rubber mat available; bathtub drain plugged (all issues reported immediately- drain unplugged). Interior of hotel needs renovation paint, drywall repair; window screen replaced (shredding screen due to deterioration) . We will be looking to stay elsewhere next time we are in town.

Girl up front was extremely nice and helpful. Property is clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Room was big and clean. The view from our window in the 7th floor was great,and the sunrise was beautiful. The only thing was the breakfast wasn't great. Boiled eggs,folded powdered eggs,sausage and toast. Coffee was not horrible as previous guests said,but wasn't great either. Was a good stay
