Great location, cheerful staff.
Great location and good, cheerful staff. Some of the magnetic stipe locks that the Hotel has is not in great condition - especially the one that lets you inside from the side of the hotel. You have to try 7-8 times before it works. Same with the room (Rm 107) Location is great and the 2-3 staff that I interacted with were very cheerful and helpful. Overall, a good stay.

Nice to find a dog friendly hotel. Room was clean. Very bad front of the house reception person. No towels in the room. Hair dryer didn't work. Didn't clean the room after first night and no "do not disturb" was placed in the door. Staff was very poor in dining area.

Check under the toilet seat
The room overall was clean with the exception of under the toilet seat rim had not been scrubbed and had black mildew stains. Housekeeping was not available but i was offered some toothbrushes and paste to clean it myself.

They only replace bedding and towels every 3 days, and during those 3 days, they do not come to make you room or clear the trash or replenish the coffee, shampoo, and soap which is inadequate for a 3 days period. In my room, one of the light bulbs of the bedside lamp did not work; the coffee pod cradle of the coffee maker was missing, so I could not make in-room coffee. They did have coffee in the lobby, so I was able to get coffee from the lobby.

I like it for its friendly service from the moment I checked in and they wasted no time giving me extra towels and the shampoo/conditioner. Excellent place to stay.

The hotel presents a nice appearance, inside and out. The room was comfortably spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was extremely cordial and accommodating in all respects. Would be very happy to return in the future.
