Customer Service - One star at best
Most people at the counter were just plain rude and bothered if i had a question. Do yourself a favor and re train on customer service. For this one complaint, I will not be booking a room with you! Two other incidents but I can overlook. Please fix the customer service.

You can tell it was nice when it was new but it's been worn in pretty well. My room had a tub that filled with water when showering. Long strands of hair were on a couple of towels. The toilet was low. The heater was like a diesel truck in the room when it would start.

Added a 150$ charge for each nite, had to charge back to get credit. Desk staff mostly uncooperative manager took opportunity to charge fees saying “ the computer” does this. Keys didn’t work on 3 of 5 returns to the room. Front desk said “ I just work here”. Treated customers with a poor attitude: take it or leave it! Cleaning staff was very polite & helpful.
