Military Retirement
We rented this property for our family as we were down from Minnesota for my husband's military retirement. The property is very nice. However, a few things need fixing and updating. The outside furniture is showing a lot of wear, we couldn't light the fire pits, the water features did not work as we expected, the master bedroom fan did not work, dishes were put away dirty, the lime tree had grown over and into the hot tub and if you sat in it the branches were on top of you and the outside patio area was in need of cleaning which I took the hose and washed off all the surfaces. When I addressed the tree issue with the property manager, she did have the gardener come over and take care of it. We also realized the owners do not want added visitors, but did see others say they had people over in their reviews. We asked to have some guests over to celebrate my husband's military retirement of 34 years and were turned down. I get it, but we are talking 50-60 year olds that are not going to trash the place and would be very respectful. This was a nice property to stay at and probably would consider staying here again.

Overall it was a beautiful house and property. Pool was great! Temp was around 115 each day, so pool was 93 degrees. Still refreshing with the outside temp. AC on the bedroom side of the house didn't work as well as the other. To be expected with the warm weather

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great property. Clean, and had all of the items in kitchen, laundry, house that made the stay easy. Backyard was great. Pool, fire pits, grill, hot tub. We loved the inside layout. Kitchen/dining room/living room were open so it was a great family environment. Family room/game room were perfect for evening fun!

Great for large family gathering
The home accommodated our family with enough room and space to not feel confined or crowded. Kitchen was well stocked will with utensils and all the dinnerware, pots& pans and appliances one would need. Amenities and furnishings were spot on for everyone and every room to relax in. Activity room and for the heated pool/ jacuzzi was exceptional. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking for up to 2 large trucks & suvs. Our offsite family event function was within 15 min drive, and stores conveniently near by for everything we needed to make our own meals here. Only had wished to have had another day to relax here. This place will be on the top of the list for our our next stay in this area for sure. Ps, caretaker was prompt and easy to stay in touch with thru out our visit.

Great getaway!
This property is in a great location, and after full days of hiking and exploring, being able to come home to a backyard oasis was amazing. The hot tub hit the spot on sore muscles. The indoor activities available was great for rainy days - and we even enjoyed a grilled meal outside while raining thanks to the outdoor set up! Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Home with Backyard Paradise!
This home was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and the home was well stocked in all areas. It has one of the best overall backyards and cleanest pool/ hot tub that we've been in. Great location and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. We'll be back!

Great time in Chandler
We were there for our kids ASU family weekend with some other parents. House was great for our needs. Super clean and the back yard was really nice and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The pool table converts to a ping pong table so we had some tournament time! All in all, would recommend and likely stay there again!

Great backyard!!
Very nice house with an amazing backyard pool area. Any issues that came up the owner handled very quickly. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only reason I’m giving overall 4 stars is because the description listed cable tv when we rented and that was one of the reasons we picked this house. I see that the description has since been changed.

The property is great for families looking to relax. It's well furnished with all the supplies you could need, along with a well maintained pool and hot tub. The layout of the house worked perfect for lots of kids and everyone still able to stretch out. A great stay!

Great home but manager help was poor
We enjoyed the house as it was in a great location, very clean, fantastic backyard and pool area, and overall a great place to stay. The only negative was when we arrived there was no TP or paper towel and not enough towels for our group. We contacted the management contact and she first questioned that we were really out of TP...(crazy response), and then over the course of four days promised to bring the supplies but never showed up so we had to go buy our own. Need to figure out a better management setup and properly supply the home from the beginning. Says can accommodate 11 people but our group of 6 didn't have nearly enough supplies. If you can fix this issue, the house is otherwise wonderful.
