This property is roach infested. Roaches in the dishwasher bathroom hallway everywhere just disgusting and management did nothing to fix or accommodate me and my family I will never come back

First of all. They gave me the wrong room key. Had to call and get an another one. Took. Forever to get in. The room. Staff sis help. But wasn’t. Happy. With the service Also. Upon check out. The outside was well maintained but the inside is in terrible condition with torn furniture, dirty and the worst is the smell of the building and the room not good. Place needs remodeling for sure.

None of the key coded doors work. I was stranded outside the building before some guy yanked the door open for me. This happened three different times. I'm not strong enough to yank the door open. Pupic hairs on the toilet seat, other people's hair washed into the towels and baby spiders in the room. The toilet seat was so old it was peeling apart. How much bacteria is on that seat? Never again.

My room didn’t have AC and they didn’t change me rooms til 530 AM when I had to check out at 10 AM. Didn’t offer me any type of compensation for my trouble, my room was invested with roaches, and smelt like Mold!

My stay was horrible. There was no pillows in the bed. The bathroom had paint chips all over the floor. The door paint of the bathroom was peeled off. There was bugs on the seat of the toilet. The bathroom had no toilet paper. I want a whole refund or a complementary because that is unacceptable. I had someone knock at the door early in the morning before checkout talking about he was maintenance but looked very suspicious.
