When I arrived, the hallway had an odor. The room did not though. I went to unpack but there were no hangers in the closet. I also wanted to have ice for a drink the next day so I looked for ice cube tray but there weren’t any. The next morning I wanted to shower, but the shower didn’t work. The office wasn’t open yet so had to wait till later in the day for it to be repaired. The bed was comfortable.

I know I booked a lower rated property. I knew it wasn't going to be super amazing. But I did not expect roaches. We reported this to management as well. I found one the night of check-in, four the next morning (on the kitchen counters), 4 when we returned that evening and then more the next morning. We weren't spending a ton of time in the room and didn't have time to rebook. The beds were comfortable and they felt clean as did the bathroom. It was nice to be able to cook food in our room and having a fridge was great. But I wouldn't book here again.

Personally I liked but there were some items that were broken before I got there. Like the handle of the microwave and it appeared. Overall, i still highly recommend it. Though I did appear to get locked out of my room before the 10:00am check out time. So beware of that happening. Luckily the front desk was helpful and go me back in.

We came after hours, the side door that was suppose to be locked was open and you couldn’t push shut to secure the building. Our door code didn’t work but the # provided responsed quickly to reset the code. Unit was clean but outdated. We were only there to sleep. It was quiet and comfy. Idk if I would stay there again.

The actual apartment was big and perfect for our group. It smelled like smoke when we first walked in which was not fun for our long kids. The chairs and couch looked dirty and the water in the bathroom leaked the whole time. The pool was awesome and the basketball area was a big hit with my kids. Overall we thought it was a fine place to stay but it definitely could use some updating and cleaning. 🙂

we arrived at the hotel about 6 p.m. the check-in details were a little confusing, as it said check-in thru door close to the pool and use your code that was sent. the door closest to the pool was for the office, which was closed. we walked further and found the side door, which was not locked, but was not the closest entrance to our room. after furthering walking to the next door, we found our room. the lights next to the beds, didnt work.called the number given. the person said they would call maintenence, but didnt think. they were still on site. the next day maintenence came, fixed lights. the property didnt feel as secure as i thought it should be. we came home late one evening and there was a couple directly knocking on the door across from our room. they were there knocking about 10 minutes. not sure how they git in, if you need a passcode to enter the building. tried using the toaster provided on the last day and it didn't work, as it wouldnt stay latched to toast. all in all, would rate it 7 out of 10.

The property is very dull. Is not bad but seems like there is a lot of opportunities for improvement. Poor communication with the property employees. Our room had roaches as well. One thing to add is that it is very noisy. Some people have dogs barking next door.

The cookware provided was dirty. There was a dead bug under the sink. It was not very clean inside. There were some scary people smoking right outside the door all the time, and it reeked of Marijuana. It was somewhat close to all the places that I had to go to. Shopping and dining were nearby, as well as some tourist attractions. It just needs to be maintained better on the inside.

We liked the location and the features that came with each unit. It made our multi- day stay comfortable. What we didn't like was the dag barking noise, the slow hot water at the kitchen sink, and the domestic violence situation we had to be involved with, very late into the night. Not sure how you per- qualify residents, maybe add criminal background and probation to the list.

Room smelled awful. There was a dead roach on the floor. I could only use one door with the code I was given. Things were very shabby not dated like the photo showed. Felt very unsafe.
