Overall average experience. Unfortunately our daughter couldn't swim because of a perv that was lurking. Not the hotel's fault. Our bathroom door handle was broken. Customer service said they would repair it after we left. Breakfast is grab-and-go, and not impressive at that.

No front desk, no parking for blocks,, I'm handy capped. No valet parking. No employees on property. Rear Security gate open all day and night. Comp breakfast was literally 2 rotten pears and some cheap plastic danish. Now the GOOD STUFF, been here many times under previous management. Great comfortable little spot. Very nice comfortable rooms. Nice location, well maintained property. Pool area and closeness to downtown Scottsdale is a plus. And yes after all my b*tch'n, I've booked a room there again for next week. They rescheduled ELO concert for next week! As long as you are not worried about parking , no front desk, breakfast or the security gate open all night... it truly is a nice place and a solid price. 6

Very difficult to get to room. Upstairs that are very steep and no cart for suitcases. Parking OK. Breakfast a joke, one sweet waffle and empty coffee pot. Robot broken in foyer. Room was ample, bring your own kleenex!

It could be good. Self check in was not promoted and was not well labeled. Items such as in room coffee and TV where either non functional or very worn. The pool was ice cold, so only polar bears allowed. Continental breakfast, sometimes happened, around 8:30 ish. Usually there was someone sleeping in the lobby ( not guests) the breakfast offering, some bars, pears and sometimes coffee. My opinion is this place could be nice but needs staff to run it. Doubtful i would stay there again and feel a credit should be given

Convenient, nice, but weird.
Definitely different. No reception desk. Everything done on line like an air B&N. Nice facility, very nice pool. Restaurant on premises (which I didn't find time to try). Electrical system in the room seemed inadequate. Multiple power strips for basic items. The coffee maker kept overloading the power strip it was plugged into, making it virtually useless. No closet... Clothes rack in the admittedly very large bathroom instead. Television set up for streaming services only. Better bring your passwords.

We booked this place for one night to be close to the airport as we had a night flight. The checking process was very inconvenient, there was no one in the lobby who could help us out. The was a pile of amazon boxes and some trash bags in the hallway next to our room door

Property was clean, but there is no parking you have to park 2 blocks down the street. You pay out that much money and you get no parking? Extra for amenities and room cleaning.

The website says free parking and our room had no free parking. The nearest overnight parking is 3 miles away. My sister is disabled and we had no money for Uber. We had to walk. No one would do anything to help us. Need to make it VERY clear before check in day that there is not parking for all rooms. Ridiculous and will never return.

This was the weirdest reservation I've ever experienced. I received emails from "Vince" ,"Aardvark Partners", and Expedia re pre-check in requirements. Even a designated parking space with instructions to put the parking sign found in our room in the window and return it to the room when we leave or be charged $50. There was no parking sign in the room. Felt like being in a jail cell with the gates, codes, and requirements.

Man oh man. Check in for this hotel was a main with the robot. Parking was annoying. The beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast 0/10. Easily the worst I have ever seen. All it had was coffee and mini waffle donuts. Sure the donut tasted okay, but it’s a donut for breakfast. They were very small so we took a few each. Did absolutely nothing for us and still had to go get breakfast. One of the reason we chose this place was because it had breakfast included.

First, the check in process is very weird, not a single employee around other than cleaning staff. Second, there is only parking for 'certain rooms' this makes no sense, as a paying customer that is obviously not teleporting to the property, parking should be available for all guests, at least one spot per room. They cone certain spaces and save them for Valet parking which makes no sense. Third, the "free breakfast" consisted of coffee, protein bars and waffles (not even a toaster or syrup for it).
