Santa's new Home away from Home. Each December I spend a week visiting Senior Living communities in the greater Phoenix area. This year I discovered Sonder at Mill Ave. Very nice, spacious accommodation for the price. Comfortable and quiet enough to stay in, or if you want to go out it's literally steps away from Centerpoint on Mill with restaurants, bars and even a movie theater. I'll definitely be back!

I liked that this property was very walkable. Its connected to a whole foods!! I loved all of the amenities that were offered too. I would definitely stay at this property again. Only note is that the hallway on my floor was really trashy and it didnt smell clean.

Lovely and quiet. Didn’t love how bright it was at night through the roller blinds, but that’s okay. Would have loved to have a sheer curtain so that you can have light through the day without everyone looking in your windows. The carpet was dirty and the washer smelled like mold, but other than that, it was nice. Plenty of towels, detergent pods for the washer and the dishwasher. Overall everything was nice and a good value.

Great place to stay!!
Awsome place to stay!! Also great price for size of the place and location. Ill definitely keep this on my list of places to stay whenever I'm in the Tempe/Phoenix area. Also only having to get on an elevator and going down 3 floors putting me right into Whole Foods was super convenient.

The hot water in our tub did not work the entire stay. We reached out to Sonder over the course of our almost 5 day stay. We were promised someone would stop by. They never did. We would be in the middle of a chat with Sonder and it would switch to a new person mid conversation. It was the worst experience. Our daughter had to go to a teammates room to bath. They promised to fix and never did. They promised to move us and never did. They promised to refund and we will see. I've never experienced anything like this. You shouldn't have to pay for a place you can't use the hot water.
