My only complaint was the sound of traffic. I was on the first floor, and noise around the hotel woke me twice. The breakfast was good, staff very friendly and alert.

There sink by the coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator. There was no water bottles for the coffee maker in the room. There was no ceiling fan in the bathroom. Other than that it was nice to stay at and we would stay there again. Breakfast was good eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal.

We stayed 2 nights and it said on posting that continental breakfast supplied but just cereal and oatmeal, pullout day bed mattress is old and not soft, no exhaust fan in RR, ac was not functioning it was very hot and uncomfortable all in all our family experience here at property was way under whelming so please fix problem thank you

Great choice in Tempe
Service was excellent, everything was clean. Beds were too soft for me personally, but may be fine for most. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Went to check in at 3:15 and was told NO rooms are available and haven’t been cleaned yet or entered in the system and to come back at 4. Swimming pool looked green and was very small. Grounds around pool were filthy. Took a shower and it did not drain. Backed up chunky brown stuff into the tub instead of draining. Asked for maintenance and was told he’s been off sick all week and usually leaves at 7. No double queen rooms left, offered a one king bed for 4 people. Took that, went to make sure the shower worked and the knob fell off in my hand. Moved to another room again and one person had to sleep on the floor in an air mattress that I bought. 2 days later, got a charge for “parking” on my credit card. We were never told there was a parking fee. No compensation for the room with a broken shower or having to move twice or getting a smaller room with 1 bed instead of 2. Not a good experience at all. Was offered a dirty room that the front desk persons kids were playing in so we could shower before just accepting the 1 king bed room.
