The property was clean and quiet. Parking right outside the door so that was easy. Check in was great and Front desk person was helpful as she provided us a book of all the cool things to do in Mesa. Property offers great value for what you pay to stay.

Management is kind. I ended up buying my own pillows and bedding. Microwave in the room didn't work, was asked to bring food to the office to heat up. Updates and some TLC would do this location a lot of good.

This property is terrible it stinks and the conditions of the Room were Beyond Terrible I'll never stay here again even if it was Free my Grandson was with me and He Saw Roaches in the Bathroom At Night.

Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate
My husband and son stayed while I was doing something in Mesa. The front desk agent was INSISTENT that I not stay because it was “an extra charge” which is crazy because I wasn’t going to be staying anyway but a queen bed would’ve easily slept me and my husband as our son is only 1 and had his own travel bed. The first room had a huge hole in the floor that you could see all the way through the carpet to the concrete. It was definitely smoked in even though we requested a non smoking room. They did give us a new room which seemed to have been less likely to have been smoked in, but the cigarette holes in the sheets say otherwise. The new room had a very strange smell and the bed lacked a fitted sheet so you could see the mattress if you moved just a little on the bed. I chose this place not just because we needed something cheap for one night but because it had good reviews. Now I’m wondering if tweakers left those reviews because that was the only thing I could see outside and around the property. Plus gunshots at 3 am? Come on.

My room had cockroaches in it and I was gonna say something to the front desk but my boyfriend just killed the roaches for me. The last time we stayed here it wasn’t bad but the room I had this time wasn’t the cleanest

We had a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and cut marks on the blankets. Stains on sherts and towels

Property was quiet and fairly clean. Room was large. There was trash under the sink, no internet, and no ice. Even budget hotels have internet and ice. Will not stay here again.

Worst I have stayed in for 30 years
Extremely poorly maintained. If it was 40 bucks a night it would seem high priced. 150 was robbery. Black stained sheets (or bed bugs?). Hole in the door. Water stains on the roof, putty repairs unfinished on the wall, no bedside table, broken bilnds allowing anyone to free view of the room from the outside. The shower head is only shoulder height.
