Property was quiet and fairly clean. Room was large. There was trash under the sink, no internet, and no ice. Even budget hotels have internet and ice. Will not stay here again.

Worst I have stayed in for 30 years
Extremely poorly maintained. If it was 40 bucks a night it would seem high priced. 150 was robbery. Black stained sheets (or bed bugs?). Hole in the door. Water stains on the roof, putty repairs unfinished on the wall, no bedside table, broken bilnds allowing anyone to free view of the room from the outside. The shower head is only shoulder height.

The lobby is not open 24 hours. Derrick, the desk clerk, went above and beyond to ensure this would not be an issue for me. He was wonderful!

Found trash under bed tv channels didn’t work no cover on box spring which was badly stained and had rips room said non smoking but smelt like cigarettes only good thing was location because it was in the area of the event we attended

They put all the guests at one end making parking crowded. The carpets and bedspreads were very old. The fitted sheet didn’t cover the poor mattress.

The bed looked like it was from the 1970s and probably was. The mattress felt like plywood mounted on springs. The pillows were extremely lumpy, they felt like a sack of tennis balls.The TV was so small i opted to use mt laptop. One chair was very wobbly i thought it might collapse and the arm came off when i tried to move it. The shower was moldy and luke warm water. Only one ice machine and it was broken. Very limited staff, the office didn't even open until 8am. I realize this is a budget motel , but iwill spend a little more and stay somewhere else next time i am in town

They are amazing!! I had a mess up with a booking company and they took care of the problem right away!! As a school student I have a lot to worry about. Having not to worry about a place to sleep at night makes it 10x better. Thank you Superior Suites very much for that !! Only hotel I will stay at from now on.
