My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The hotel was cleaned and the front desk was welcoming and very nice. Our room was clean. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel . Overall great experience.

I was in town for an event at the Desert Diamond arena. The hotel is literally a short walk across the street. Very convenient. There are also many quick service food options within a mile and a burger joint across the parking lot. Staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed as I checked in around 10pm. Fresh coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the lobby 24 hours. A nice breakfast provided in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton in Glendale, AZ and had an excellent experience. The staff were outstanding, and I enjoyed the free breakfast especially the pancake maker! The room was spacious and had a mini fridge. Parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was perfect—within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Plus, attending the Trump rally at Desert Diamond Arena was a breeze since the line conveniently started directly across the street from the hotel. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and glad I chose this hotel.

When we arrived, the blackout blind was broken, and a soiled washcloth was on the peg behind the door. Loud music was heard until 3:30 a.m., and there was an additional $15 per night parking fee. We were not at all impressed.

A little disappointed
The staff was very friendly. No complaints about the service. The hotel has a very good breakfast, and the most awesome pancake maker I've ever seen. The room was clean, but lacking a lot. There was no coffee maker in the room, which was extremely odd. Luckily we brought one. There was nowhere to sit, except the very uncomfortable desk chair. There was no lounge chair or couch. The bed was comfortable, and there was no issues with the bathroom. Overall, our rating would be higher, but things missing in our room that would have been in other hotel rooms definitely add up.

Excellent continental breakfast, friendly and attentive staffs. My favourite was the 24-hour Lavattza coffee in the lobby along with a couple of table sports that my 2 boys quite enjoyed. Would have preferred if the bathroom counter has more space relative to the size of the bathroom, which was quite spacious.
