La maison louée n’existait pas quand nous sommes arrivées
La maison n’existait pas. L’adresse était fausse, le numéro de téléphone inconnu. Quand j’ai appelé abritel, abritel n’a pas cru ce que je racontais. Ils ont demandé de vérifier. Ils m’ont laissé au téléphone au moins 10 minutes (j’appelais de Thaïlande à mes frais). Quand j’ai demandé à être remboursée, ils m’ont d’abord envoyé un email disant que j’avais choisi de ne pas prendre cette location. Donc j’ai dû insister et appeler devant eux le numéro de téléphone qui n’existait pas non plus. Ensuite ils m’ont dit qu’ils prendraient en charge certains frais si je restais à côté de l’endroit que j’avais loué (il y avait un sanctuaire d’éléphants à côté et je me demandais vraiment comment prendre une chambre à côté - c’est la Thaïlande, n’oublions pas). J’ai tellement insisté que finalement vous avez envoyé un email disant que vous alliez me rembourser. C’est lamentable. Votre comportement est inadmissible. Vous ne vérifiez pas les adresses ni les numéros de téléphone. Tout le monde peut raconter n’importe quoi et mettre n’importe quoi en location
