Could be a great hotel. Beach area requires some attention rumble and rubbish around. You are unable to walk along the beech due to this. Staff helpful in general, checkin/office guy not so friendly and not helpful. Reserved a motor bike, very poor quality looked like one of the staffs for premium rates, you’d be better to book from one of the local vendors not the hotel.

Stay away

Got picked up at the pier by the hotel and thought “this is nice”. Did not tell me it was not included with the resort and actually cost 4x what the taxis were charging. Drinks were not good and were overpriced. Got a “mango colada” and they filled the glass up not even halfway (probably 8 oz) and charged 190 baht. The group of women that served me and my wife were honestly rude and I will not be back to this “resort” or Koh Yao Yai. We have been island hopping and Koh Yao Noi is just 100000x better.

A really great place to stay at a very good price. Service was incredible and the restaurant served lovely food! At low tide about 40 minute walk along the beach to Laem Had Beach as well. Would highly recommend staying here (felt very safe and the rooms were very clean with good and well functioning facilities and amenities)

Definitely recommend staying here for a couple nights very remote and quiet makes for a relaxing time, loved the pool and beach they had right outside your doorstep, staff was super nice and the rooms were clean and cozy,

Nice but run down. No swimming beach. Nice pool

Comfortable enough, however they were renovating all the time around us. The only time they stopped was when there was a power cut or at night. In the photos it looks like there is a beach but it is actually a wall with a big step into mud, not sand. Not a swimming beach. The pool is very nice, but most of the deck and outdoor durniture is in bad condition and dangerous in some areas. The staff were great.

Lovely, tranquil, simple slice of tropical beauty

A simple, quiet place, with great pool overlooking the beach and wonderful ocean views. Restaurant was OK ... convenient and friendly service, food was average. A wonderful, tranquil alternative to the much noisier and crowded Phuket scene. Very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Mostly European guests.

Beautiful views and amazing staff

One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever been to. It’s the definition of relaxation. Staff was very attentive, food was good, sunsets and sunrise's were amazing. Don’t come here expecting night life. Expect peace, quit and your thoughts.

Excellent for money. Great for relaxing although unless you happy just to sit on beach or swim in pool you need transport ie go on tour or hire motor bike. Great rooms, good breakfast

Private beach and hotel for a night

Extremely nice and welcoming staff. Hotel remained open even though there were no other guests. A very delicious and generous breakfast was also included. Room was very clean and spacious. All of the amenities, ambiance, staff, and beach were outstanding. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on the main road.

A quiet place to stay.

It is a quiet place to stay. Overall, it was a good stay but the resort should pay more attention to details such as cleaning and tyding up the chairs on the beach. We stayed in 3 different rooms duirng our stay and the beds were not the same. One of them was very soft that your body sank and it was not comfortable at all. The breakfast should be better and the food at the restaurant is a bit expensive. Not all customers go there for dinner.

The staff are lovely- our room was nice There is no beach just a broken down sea wall - big disappointment. The pool by the beach needs a bigger deck- so crammed. It’s says cable tv!? 2 channels with terrible picture quality.

The location and staff were excellent. The Island is quite but there are plenty of things to do. Outer trip was so relaxing and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Located on the beach with a breath taking view.
