Lovely hotel and great staff. A huge thank you from me to the staff here as upon checkout I left my passport in the safe and didnt realise until I got to Krabi. The hotel were very kind in arranging postage to my new hotel and also offered to cover the cost. The hotel itself is very nice with relaxed atmosphere and a short distance of the beach which they offer a shuttle service too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for two weeks. The hotel is great, spacious rooms, great pool area and lounge. Very clean. The location is perfect, waking distance to Nai Harn Beach, about 10 minutes. The staff is great, very welcoming, attentive and resourceful.

The stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket was amazing. The Nai Harn area was perfect peaceful and the hotel was an aesthetically pleasing resort to relax in. The hotel was stunning and the service was great! Special thanks to Noey and Earn for being pleasant and soo helpful! Room was true to description and would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.

I loved the stay at this hotel, down to the staff always there to answer all my questions, the cleanness of the hotel, the games they had at the hotel, and the many different pools. When it was time for me to leave the hotel held my bags at no extra cost, and they provided me a shower room to use before my flight. The only concern I had was the hotel is in the North so it is further from a most things, unless you have a vehicle.

The hotel was central yet secluded. The room and amenities were up to expectations. Only ask is for more food options catering to vegetarians and vegans (esp for breakfast - if we are to pay SG$20 pax). It was raining quite a bit and getting from room block to reception and into the van was not adequately shaded or covered, needs to be improved. Overall, each and every staff member was courteous, and attended to our needs expeditiously. Shall definitely return with friends to explore the hotel and surrounding areas further.

Very nice hotel. Great pool, very big with a nice cool water temperature. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Location wise there’s not much around the hotel, so you have to walk 15 mins to the beach for restaurants etc. My only complaint was a lack of English speaking tv channels, only 1 news channel. Considering how many English speakers visit I think you can do better here. Otherwise was a great stay.
