The hotel was well located with underground parking. Extremely clean hotel with newly renovated bathroom with very friendly staff.
I was given a free upgrade. A délions large breakfast buffet was also included. I would definitely return.

It is easy to recommend this place.
now, if you are visiting from overseas (like USA), the only small negative point is the lack of driveway for the checkin process, it is very hard to park in the street on your arrival and get the key to get into the garage... that is the very only challenge of this place (checking)
Een mooi hotel bij het strand, wel betalen voor de strandbedjes. Heel vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en kamer wordt goed schoon gehouden.
Ontbijt is goed. We hebben 2 keer diner gehad, maar zeer matig vonden wij.
Je kunt veilig parkeren in de bijbehorende parkeergarage (€15 per dag)
Lopen naar het centrum is ca. half uur.
De bar sluit in de avond rond 23.00 toen wij er waren. Dat is wel wat vroeg als je gezellig zit.
Kortom een goede ervaring.

Tutte le camere con balcone noi avevamo la camera senza vista mare ma sicuramente più silenziosa poiché tra l'hotel e il mare c'è sia la strada che la ferrovia. Pisc8na poco affollata essendoci il bagno privato a 100 mt con un bellissimo mare e ristorante bar in cui pranzare. All'ultimo piano rooftop con jacuzzi panoramica ottima per un aperitivo. Copazione eccelllente con stazione live per uova in varie modalità. Alcune sbavature come la moquette del corridoio macchiata, l'assenza di prese nel bagno e la mancanza di ulteriori cuscini in camera.clsicuramesilenziosa
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit aber NICHT aufgrund des Hotels.
Alles wird extra und überteuert verrechnet. Die Infrastruktur ist alt und die Angaben zur Strandnähe irreführend – man muss durch eine Unterführung wegen Zuggleisen und Strasse (5-10'). Strandplätze kosten bis zu 40 Euro am Tag – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eine Frechheit (zumal der Strand als "hoteleigen") angepriesen wird. Zudem sind die grossen Felsen zu Beginn des Strandes bei niedriger Wassertiefe gefährlich und führen bei Wellengang schnell zu Verletzungen (nichts für Kinder).
Lifte funktionierten teilweise nicht. An einem Sonntag sind sogar beide ausgefallen, sodass man mit dem ganzen Gepäck durchs Treppenhaus musste. Hilfe vom Hotelpersonal? Natürlich nicht.
Nur an der Rezeption und Strandbar war der Service freundlich. Im Restaurant fühlte man sich unerwünscht und das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Die Zimmeraussicht war gut, aber die Einrichtung alt und die Duschbrause defekt. Die Zimmerreinigung war ungenügend. Minibarpreise waren hoch und Parkplatz kostet extra (15 Euro/Nacht) für ein enges, steiles Parkhaus, was Ein- und Ausfahrten ohne Bodenkontakt auch für normale Autos zur Challenge macht.
Würden wieder nach Ligurien aber in ein anderes Hotel!
