The front desk staff was very friendly on 11/1/24. The gentleman helped us with the best way to park for Dollywood. He was friendly and made checking in and out easy.

It wasn’t the best. A big issue was mold all over the wall in the shower. The shower head was also filthy. The room seemed clean just outdated. The lighting in the room was terrible. Breakfast didn’t look great, so we ate somewhere else. Not a terrible stay for the cost, but we wouldn’t stay again.

Location
Not enough parking unless you’re back at your room at 6 pm every evening. Nothing to do for kids. You spend your time holding the front door for everyone rolling carts in and out. Invest in an automatic commercial door. It’s 2024. Get to breakfast when the sun rises because the senior citizen brigade will clean everything out by 8 am. It’s a place to lay your head. I stayed there because of high reviews and location. Location is the only plus. The place needs some sort of updates.

Clean quiet motel on the strip
My favorite place to stay when I am in this area. Very clean and quiet and comfortable beds. So glad its a non smoking motel and that they cant smoke on balconies.They do have a place for smokers. Good breakfast bar and easy check in. Great customer service from manger at the front desk.

Was very nice stay. Clean rooms a very comfortable bed. Lotsa hot water to fill the Jacuzzi that felt wonderful after hiking all day. Pretty view from our balcony. Great breakfast selection. Would stay here again!

This was a great budget-friendly hotel! I loved that they cleaned up the room and restocked towels every day! It’s definitly one of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed at for this price particularly. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. It had hot options, but no yogurt and the only fruit was bruised bananas.

Nice place!
We had a great time. The room was nice, clean. Housekeeping asked to come in and take care of rhe room. They did a great job! The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

One of the best places we like to stay. Everyone was so friendly, the breakfast was always good, rooms were always cleaned, and the balcony view was great and could sit along the little Pidgeon River. Is located right at the beginning of the strip, easily accessible to everything. Stayed here twice and would highly recommend this to everyone.
