Room smelled of marijuanna and cigarette smoke. We were sick by the smell, they gave us no money back and we will not be staying here again. Moved us into another room, but too late, we were all sick. Management is terrible and doesn't care about guests and allows staff to smoke in non smoking rooms.

The suites were great to stay in. The breakfast was great and a different choice daily.The swimming area was nice and also a fire pit outside was nice. Beth went above and to make our family get together wonderful! We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend!

Very friendly customer service and comfortable beds. Nice fireplace and shower.though the pool is located on third floor of red building it is in doors and very nice. Breakfast is serviced every day from 8-10.

We value cleanliness over everything else when travelling. The buildings may be a little old, but the rooms have been updated and they are CLEAN. It has become our "go-to" place to stay when we go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
