The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. The pool was great. But nowhere to lay in the sun - tiny area around the pool tsken up by plants. THE NOISE, DAY AND NIGHT! A bunch of chickens or roosters squawked at random hours throughout the night, for hours!! OMG! I was exhausted from lack of sleep! 11 pm, 1:30 am, 4 am, 6 am and then all day.. and at the pool, the hotel must be in the middle of some sort of metal grinding shop or construction going on all day. No relaxation what so ever. As for the restaurant in the hotel.. Only breakfast is served. Lots of staff. Then thats it. I walked around town, but, there are no restaurants that I'd eat in. Theres nothing to do in this town either. No sight seeing. I walked down to the pier about 1.5 km away. Dirty. Tiny. No beach. Water is dirty. Smells. I would avoid this town. If you can handle the noisy chickens, I think this it the only hotel? But, best to stay in the van and get to San Jose and then Coron asap.
