Overall it was fine and very quiet! Easy highway access. But there was not hot water in either room I rented. Kinda hard to shower and shave, as we had an event to attend and we were also the entertainment. The water issue was noted by other hotel guests as well. When I brought it up to the front, I was told it must have just been our room, then I noted it was the other room as well and other guests complained too. Also, I let them know there was a huge gross stain on the lounge chair, and the desk chair was wobbly. Personally, the bed was horrible. It was very hard to turn around in and move. It felt like quicksand, lol. It's like we were fighting for our life! We've stayed at IHG before without issues and would honestly still try here again. But there needs to be some improvements here to match other IHG we have stayed and have thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast, parking and absolute quite would have us interested. The other issues would have us think twice. Breakfast was great with the exception the OJ was out each time. Everyone we met was personable and welcoming, with the exception of the last person. Probably due to us letting her know of the encountered issues.

Definitely would stay again
We actually drove extra hours on the road to be able to stay at this hotel on our trip because we had such a great experience a year previous. Hotel is clean, good breakfast options, comfortable beds and friendly staff, even at 2am when we arrived to sleep a few hours.
