Newly updated comfy guest house in a great location. 5 minute walk to Children's Hospital as well as Bloomfield restaurants and shopping area. House is also walking distance to West Penn Hospital and Lawrenceville. This is the perfect space in a charming neighborhood that you must experience for yourself!

The Space:
Vintage guest house with all the modern updates to make your stay comfortable. Although this apartment has been renovated it is an old home with much character and charm providing a truly authentic Bloomfield experience. The first floor is a combined living room kitchen. Second floor has the bedroom and full bath.

Guest Access:
Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.

House is located in a permitted parking zone. Visitors pass for street parking is included with your stay for up to 1 vehicle Mon-Sat, Sunday parking is free. Please inquire about availability of visitors pass for longer than 3 days. License plate state and number must be submitted priorto arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Bloomfield is a neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is located three miles from the downtown area. Bloomfield is sometimes referred to as Pittsburgh's Little Italy because it was settled by Italians from the Abruzzi region and has been a center of Italian–American population. Pittsburgh architectural historian, Franklin Toker, has said that Bloomfield "is a feast, as rich to the eyes as the homemade tortellini and cannoli in its shop windows are to the stomach." Recently, the neighborhood has attracted young adults and college students as a "hip" neighborhood

Getting Around:
Area is very walkable. Bus line is very easy to use and Uber/Lyft are very responsive.
