Definitely need help with staffing at this hotel, we had to get our own towels, and the sink was stopped up we had to go get our own plunger and also breakfast was very limited like you cant get french toast with bacon and eggs or else you have to pay extra for the bacon and eggs...only other its a dog friendly hotel so thats why you got an extra star but i wont be back there, i will give props to jordan and the only one cook/cashier/barista i forgot her name she did everything by herself

Room had a huge hole in wall. Called front desk upon entry and they were already aware and put us in this room when there were other rooms available. Sink stopper was broken in bathroom so water filled quickly in the sink.

Our stay this property was perfect! The hotel staff were great, and the property is nice and very well kept. Upon arrival were checked in by Mrs. Jordan and she is so nice and friendly! There was also Mrs. Terry, she was bartender and shuttle bus driver. There is a daily happy hour special, different items. The hotel provided shuttle services and that was a pleasure and unexpected perk. There was also a very nice front desk representative that was very friendly as well. Great stay, thank you.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Just drive up the hill a little further and the outlet mall is right there. Plenty of place to eat in the area. Even small businesses.

Family Time

We were in town for a few days with family! Clean room, comfortable beds, great location! I would recommend having 24/7 coffee/tea service AND a free breakfast as a majority of other Hotels now offer! We had to pay $4+ for a cup of coffee and for breakfast and coffee was only available for a short period of time daily!

My 5 year old great niece wanted to go to the Tanger Outlets for stuff for school, so we wanted to take her for an overnight hotel stay and shopping. She was so excited and everyone was so sweet to her. We stay here every few months because the hotel is our favorite.

Nothing compares to the comfort of a Marriot bed and linens. The pillows are just divine. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. I will stay here every time I come to visit my son at college. Highly recommend.
