The design of this home follows contemporary values while using traditional standards and historic preservation. The bathroom is a spa experience with a 20” square rain head with hot/cold mist and soaking tub.

Pets are also welcome, just please be mindful of the space. The backyard stretches across the double lot. Cutting into the hill, a hundred year old 20 ft circular retention wall built by Polish masons still stands. It provides a flat grassy area for outdoor activity. What started as a flip for a first time homeowner right out of architecture school, the project grew to be an intense design lab and trade school. From casting unique trim tiles to robotic milling to proprietary cladding systems, it has been a passion that is focused on dwelling and hospitality.
